My name is Mustafa Emre Ergenç, I am 47 years old and I have been living in Istanbul

since I was born. I am graduated from Marmara University, Department of Business
Administration in 1998. I have my own company that works on the sale of "dental
implants". I am married and have 2 children. I met the simulation environment in 2003.
I had been a member of another network before. After a long break, I met the IVAO
network in 2016 with the recommendation of a friend. After flying in THYVA for a long
time, I had a warm bond with Istanbul Virtual airlines, which was re-established at

the airline, which I see as my child. I still continue my flights as a pilot in Istanbul
Airlines, where I previously worked as a staff member in many areas. In September
2019, I entered IVAO Turkey division staff team as Flight Operations Assistant
Coordinator(FOAC). I was appointed as the Public Relations Coordinator in December
2019 and I have been carrying out these 2 positions together for 1 year.
- Can you introduce your department ?
The main duty of the Public Relations department is to inform all of our members and
the IVAO network, about what is happening in Turkey division. For this, we are
extensively managing social media. Announcement of all activities, announcements
of exams, announcements of developments in the network and notifications are
followed and announced by us. The aim of our department is to use social media in
the most effective way and to maximize the activity on the network. The visuals and
videos prepared for this are prepared with the support of my teammates Aykut Basar
d
and Arif Can Demir.

- Could you tell us about the monthly published magazine of IVAO Turkey division?
Dear former HQs of our division, Güner Ercan and Haluk Barutçu, at a meeting, said
that they were dremaing of having a magazine belonging to our division. We said that
we can do this job. So we started working. Nobody in our team had any knowledge of
such a process. We are not graphic artists or advertisers but I believe we are doing
our best. Our magazine has been a part of our 17-year division history. I hope it will
continue for ages. I hope our members liked our magazine too.
- What are your forward goals? Will you always be in this environment?

I will hold on to my simulation hobby as much as i can, but I don’t know how long it will

take me to stay in this staff position of Turkish division. We are here voluntarily trying
to provide extra benefit to our division and network, by sparing time from our families
and private. In this environment, we made very good friendships and meet even in
our real lives. This is a family atmosphere and I am very glad to be a part of it. I hope
this union continues with joy and respect.
